Returns Policy

At JustPayShippingOnly.com, we are very confident that you will love our products and best values. From time to time, there may be rare occasions that you are not 100% satisfied with the product and we value your feedback.

Out Returns Policy is designed to be a fair policy that aims to satisfy our customers with flexible options but at the same time balance our operational costs so we could continue to pass the best possible prices, savings, and values to our customers.

 

For "Pay Shipping Only" Items

For "Pay Shipping Only" items, we do not accept any returns since the items were free and the cost to our customers was only the shipping charges which we have to incur as well. Regrettably, we do not refund the shipping charges for sending our customers something for free. It's too much processing involved for either party i.e. for you to send the item back to us and for us to process a refund. All "sales", or transactions rather, are final.

 

For Non "Pay Shipping Only" Items

For Non "Pay Shipping Only" items, please contact us within 45 days from the date of the order. Most items would arrive at your door within a much earlier time. Please contact us and obtain from us an authorization for return and return shipment details. Once authorized, please return the item to us within 7 calendar days. We do not cover the cost of returned shipment. Once the item is returned to us, we will process the refund as follows:

a) For unopened package / unused and regularly priced items

We will refund 100% of the full cost of the order when the package is unopened and was purchased at regular price. Once the return shipment is received, a refund will be processed to your credit card or Paypal.

b) For opened package items / sale items

Once the package has been opened, we will not be able to resell the item as new. Incidentally, sale items are on sale for clearance so these are items we don't want to restock. Once your return shipment is received, you will receive a refund on the value of the order less 25% restocking fee.

In order to to ensure that we will receive the item and avoid disputes whether we have received the returned item, we strongly advise that you would ship the item back to us with a tracking number and provide us this tracking number.

 

Mistakes

In the unlikely event that we made a mistake sending you the wrong item, whether it be the wrong color or wrong size etc, please let us know within 45 days from the date of the order with photo proof and we will gladly refund the value of your order.

 

Non Receipt of Items

In the very unlikely event that you did not receive the item, please contact us no earlier than 60 days from the date of the order and report the non-receipt of the item. Upon completed investigation of the shipment, we will resend the item to you.
